important: multiple visibility groups

Hello UNA team,

Now our site is more crowded and we are testing features in detail.

An important need seems like to set any content's visibility for multiple permission groups (ACL) at once.

When we are having more permission groups then the initial ones this becomes critical.

For instance:

We have;

standart users = GPs

Cardiologs

İnternal Medicine Specialists

Medical Students

for any content we may need to make it visible for Cardiologs and Internal medicine doctors, but not visible for students and GPs

for this scenario we need to be able to select more then one ACL group.

Also ability to select the negative option not visible may be handy.

In our practice this is a emerging feature need. How is the plans about this for UNA? I guess I bring it before and it was planned for future?
