Is Redis supported ?

The url - unacms dot com/wiki/FAQ mentions Redis cache.

Is Redis used for database scaling in large UNA communities? 

UNA leverages Redis for database performance enhancements, especially in high-traffic or large-scale community environments.

But looking at my studio/settings , I can only see these options under Cache. ... File, Memcache, APC, XCache.

Where can I configure it ?
