List Dependencies
Finally digging deeper into customization and there isn't anyway to create a list with dependencies - Country>State>City is one example. I've looked in documentation, nothing on the radar listed in GitHub, nothing posted in discussions - is there something I'm missing? I thought this would be a no brainer feature... :-(

We don't have such example because it's impossible to create the dependent list of Country>State>City with the default UNA tools. It will require to add at least Javascript code to chose the city by states and states by country. Also, this mod will require a huge manual input of thousands of items (states and cities). So it much more easy to register Google map API and use the Location fields.

When creating a new Group Discussion, is it possible to create a list of discussion topics dependent on the selection of particular discussion category?

Sorry, but it will require changes in the core's code and will increase the load on the Privacy system. It's better to find other solutions.
