Looking for help with subscription

I purchased the 50.00 a month subscription. I started setting up my site and noticed I needed a larger plan from my host.. I purchased the plan and the migration did not work perfectly. I was not worried about it and just installed fresh. But now I can not download any of the apps that come with my subscription.
