Lost Header Images after upgrade to UNA 12

When I try to edit any Post or Video which was created before UNA 12 upgrade, the main Header Image/Cover gets removed. This happens with old Posts only. The new posts created after the upgrade are fine. Seems to be a bug, has anyone got the same problem?

We had this trouble in 12b1, but fixed in 12b2. Did you upgrade to this version?

I'm on 12b2, and that continues to happen :(
