Media Center Feature

Uploading multi times the same image for a mod pages is not very efficient in time or disk space. Most other platforms have a media center where you can upload and access media that was already uploaded to edit, crop etc. for use in other areas of the platform. What do you think?

Hi James, we have implemented an epic plugin using https://pqina.nl/doka/ but only as custom atm because there are challenges with licensing.
