Messenger Connection Issue
My messenger loads but it only shows connecting and nothing more.

This post has several links regarding Jot Messenger, setup and config. I would suggest making sure you have Jot Server setup properly and it is running.

If you can open console of the browser (developer tool), it may help to understand where is the problem. It may be wrong server's link in Studio -> Messenger -> settings or wrong certificate paths or closed port on the server.
