Messenger & Push Notifications
A couple of issues to go over
1. Jot Messenger only is showing when I view my site on mobile, a blank page with just the cover comes up when I check messenger on desktop.
2. Push Notifications
I have set up the One Signal account for Push notifications and have entered relevant App ID and keys. Have reset cache but mobile push notifications are not working. Email and website notifications are working fine.

Hello!
1. Do you mean when you open UNAMessenger desktop app? If so then please be sure that you are using the latest version https://github.com/unaio/una-desktop-app/releases/tag/1.1.0
2. Do you mean push notifications in mobile app on mobile devise? Do you get push notifications in web version from any of your browser's on PC (Note: web push notifications doesn't work on IOS and Mac devices)?
Also if you set OneSignal settings in studio -> settings -> push notifications area, you also need to enable option in Jot Messenger settings - "Enable OneSignal Push Notifications (If global site's push notification options are set, they will be used for messenger)", then messenger will use site's onesignal settings to send push notifications.

Hi Alexey
1. No, the standard Jot Messenger in my website cannot be viewed on a desktop just on a mobile, this only started happening two days ago.
2. I accepted Push Notifications on both my desktop and mobile for my site but no push notifications are coming through. I have done those settings so it is strange. Email and site notifications are working fine.

Hello Carl,
If you get push notifications about all activities on the site but don't get notifications only about new messages, then you need to check Jot Messenger settings and Notifications module. If push notifications option is enabled in Jot Messenger settings, you may try to disable push notifications about new messages in Talks in Notifications module. In this case push notification will be sent directly from Jot Messenger passing over Notifications module.
If you don't get push notifications about all activities from the site, then you need to check onesignal settings in OneSignal account and compare them with site's global push notifications settings.

Hi Alexey
I disabled Push notifications for new messages in Talks in the Notifications module and am still not getting anything.
I rechecked my Onesignal settings with APP ID and REST API KEY are the same saved into my settings for Messanger.
Would it be possible for someone to have a look for me? I have tried a few different things with no luck

Its really strange as I still can't view messenger on Desktop only on Mobile as well
