Messenger Service - I often have to click page refresh to get the message to showup

When using messenger I often have to hit refresh to get a message to show up. I'm using Google Chrome as my browser. While in chat a new message notification shows up top with the two chat bubbles, then I have to hit refresh to see what the message is. Any help would be appreciated.

--- I've already turned messenger off and then back on, then re-setup all the messenger settings. I cleared the cache as well.

        Usually,. this trouble connects with the freeze JOT server or with the existing JavaScript errors on the page. It is necessary to open the browser developer console and check the messages there.

        • Yes, this problem occurs usually when there are some problems with Jot Server connect, internet connection or may be js errors.

          We will add several new improvements to the next version to check new messages using live updates, in this case history will be updated even if you have no Jot Server connect.
