Missing three dots in top menu

While loged in as Admin/Moderator there are visable three vertical dots for more in the top menu:

but if loged-in as Standard profile they (three vertical dots) are not visible and member can't see all items in menu:

Can someone help me out, where to check and where to look for solving this issue?

    • I Solved it!

      It was in ....studio -> Navigation -> Munu and then selected System and then under Site navigation

      /studio/builder_menu.php?page=items&module=system&set=sys_site

      I opened More and checked Permissions and there was not selected for Standard profile:

      image_transcoder.php?o=sys_images_editor&h=1630&dpx=1&t=1698330705

      I must have missed the settings when I was hiding top menu for Unautheticated/Unconfirmed accounts.
