Moving profiles from one server to a cloned server

All of the profiles transferred from the first server to the cloned server. But they are unable to be logged into. Will they each need to make another profile on the cloned server or is there a way to allow for them to login? I have UNA Connect installed on the cloned server but it seems it is not backwards compatible. Any ideas?

      You need to specify how did you clone your first server to another. Usually, in this case, no need to install UNA connect (and OAuth 2) to allow the users from the source files enter to the new one.

      • I used the clone button to clone one UNA Cloud server to another UNA Cloud server. The second server (members.free-comm.org) has OAuth 2 and the first server (explore.free-comm.org) has UNA Connect installed. I see the members profiles on the cloned server however they are not usable. 

        When logging in to the cloned server with their same email they see a message saying their email is already in use. So it seems I should delete the profiles on the cloned server and have them recreate their profiles there? Then they can use UNA Connect to login to the explore server. Login with UNA has worked successfully with all but one of the  accounts we tested.
