Need some programming assistance for UNA

Hi Everyone, 

We are looking for a way to sell "Friend Acceptance" on UNA.  Currently UNA Works like this: 

1. "Dave" requests friend status from "Jenny"

2. "Jenny Accepts Friend request

3. "Dave" can access content reserved only for friends". 

What I want to do is charge user Dave a monthly recurring fee for access to Jenny's "friend" content, and we need a report somewhere showing that this user paid for access to that content. The payment processor we want to use is Netbilling

If buying "friend" access is not possible, that's ok.  IT's paying for access to specific UNA uploaded content is what is really important. 

We also want to have some kind of single sign-on system.  What we want is for a user to be able to sign-up to UNA, and then have some of that info posted to the database of another application that we wrote, so that users can navigate between UNA and our software (on the same server) without having to login again.
