New 'all' element in spaces category list not editable

testing framework version 13.1.0-RC1 on my test system, I noticed a new element 'all' in category list that's not enlisted in list elements and therefore cannot be translated to other languages. Is there a solution by changing some script or has that to be changed by the devs? Here are my screenshots. Spaces categories have been renamed to Community categories.
