payments problems

hi, cant setup correctly payment module

problem is - after payment for payments level  and buying anything in market   nothing happening 

redirecting to page "no giving data" (   pay pal was setup correct, redirection page is correct )  

get notifications from cart but there asking check out again and pay again, and nothing changing
