Pop-up glossary

People read a text with difficult long words, such as [ āhuacatl ] or [ tlahtlaōyoh ](which everybody loves). But these words nobody understand. Imagine that we can hover over the word with the cursor and a pop-up happens which explains the word !!!
āhuacatl = Avocacdo, [from Nahuatl] a green thing that taste a bit like egg. Becomes poisonous when prepared with curare.
tlahtlaōyoh = Taco, [from Nahuatl] a crunchy modern shaped corn pancake containing various eatable stuff with sauce.

    • Hello Pethol!

Maybe it's better to pack these words into links with long "title" param? Like:

<a href="void();" title="Avocacdo, [from Nahuatl] a green thing that taste a bit like egg. Becomes poisonous when prepared with curare. ">[ āhuacatl ]</a>

      • That is a great idea. but it is easier, if we can add the words from the backend and then the module does the work for us.
but for a start, this link idea is gold.
We need a section on UNA.io where snippets like these can be shared with everybody. A place where we can find [how-to] and [where-to] from users.
Maybe even add sections that point directly at area of interest [header tips], [block tips], [building a module walkthrough], etc.

        • I guess this is not necessary because we have a https://github.com/unaio/una/wiki , hastags and Channels here.

          • HA! That... Its... Oh boy - do I feel like an idiot now...

            • Hey wait! it is on Github... Thats not exactly what I mean. Why should people have one profile here and another profile on another site?
It would be easier to have a section in discussions or something, where people could share...
BTW my keyboard is missing two keys. My parrot stole them *sigh*. Im tempted to blame UNA....
