What gives the Premium memebrship ($12) and how find it?

The common difference is the impossibility of posting links for the standard level. The Premium members can do it.

but all Pro Apps are still nor accesible. What could I do?

Yes ... I can't find where one pays the $12 to post links and most importantly have unlimited private chats. My chats get interrupted and then there is the hour wait. Where is the location of where one can pay the $12? Thanks!
