The common difference is the impossibility of posting links for the standard level. The Premium members can do it.

just paid PRO subscription, the web site connected to UNA.
but all Pro Apps are still nor accesible. What could I do?

Yes, thanks to @LeonidS@LeonidS, who spent his time and efforts I understood the situation. I think, it could be a good idea to put "*" and link to PRO UNA products chapter.
