rewrite_module for Apache

In our Ubuntu server setup process, it failed to install rewrite_module - FAIL (you will need to install rewrite_module for Apache). The command sudo apt -- fix-broken install apache2 is returning error codes when we try to install the module. Also, UNACMS is not recognizing modules that are shown to be installed - expires_module - FAIL (you will need to install expires_module for Apache) and deflate_module - FAIL (you will need to install deflate_module for Apache). The server shows these installed but UNACMS is giving these error codes. Has anyone encountered this issue when setting up a server to host UNACMS and if so, how did you fix it?

also, When I try: sudo apt-get install libapache2-mod-expires , it replies - E: Unable to locate package libapache2-mod-expires
