Search custom fields
Is there a way to set up the default search or a new search form so that a custom profile field is searched?

@LeonidS do you know if it's possible to create a URL that will execute a certain people search? I can do this with the main search form like this:
/searchKeyword.php?keyword=Operations
But, so far I haven't been able to do it with the persons search:
/persons-search
