if user wants to offer more services, which module is more suitable? ADS or shop modules. Can someone briefly explain the pros and cons to me?
I would just like to take advantage of the opportunity for users to offer their services and sell them for credits.

It depends more on the chosen shop part and the tasks which you prefer for your users. But Ads are better suitable for the simple message board about services.
