You may try to delete and download the Spaces App again. Could you plz specify also what languages do you have on your UNA?

Thank you for the suggestion, but usually UNA provides the info about the incompatibility of the versions. So it seems this is not a reason. Let's wait for the answer :-)

I Deleted Spaces module and downloaded again and installed. Can you please let me know which languages module we need for this.

There is no specific language requirement for Spaces, as this application is designed to function seamlessly with multiple languages. I have merely highlighted potential language-related issues based on the content within your screenshot.
