SSL for custom domain UNA cloud
I see where I can specify https for a custom domain on UNA cloud, but even after some time, no connections are accepted. Do I need a custom SSL cert or is there something else I need to do?

It maybe something is wrong on our end, I will check what is wrong.

I've fixed certificate the problem was that you tried to switch to own domain but you didn't add DNS record for chat subdomain.
Please note that now your site generate DB error related to modzzz recipe module:
Database query error Query: SELECT `id`, ``, FROM_UNIXTIME(``) FROM `mz_recipe_entries` WHERE `` > `added` AND `status` = 'awaiting' Mysql error: Unknown column '' in 'field list'
