The Promised Messenger: Features and Frustrations!

We are still patiently awaiting the promised new version of messenger.

I believe "messenger" if got the correct features will be a real advance in this platform, but to do so it has to have the feature of direct "voice messages" to compete with WhatsApp and other platforms that has this feature.

I know this is probably in the plan, but quite honestly, with the speed of current progress I am not holding my breath on that.

Unfortunately, even the "video" loading features seems to be buggy (at my end at least with no fix yet) with scattered help from UNA team and no answers yet.

I guess we have not choices by to just wait and see...

    • You are not alone who is waiting for the new messenger and its new functions, but you also have to understand that coding and testing have their own rules..As I think Alex wrote somewhere, it is being done on the part for upgrading from the old to the new version

      We will all be excited when the new version comes out, just a little more patience :)

      • @Alexey is working on the new messenger and from what I can see it's going to be worth the wait. Alexey is extremely talented and always produces a great product.

          New 13.0.0 version is available now for installation. Please make database backup if it is possible before update.

          About your problem: Unfortunately, I had no enough time to dig deeper in your issue, but as far as I saw you have tried to run video recorder in mobile App. Video Recorder button is hidden on IOS, because it doesn't support WebRTC Video Recording. I will check your issues on Monday.

              1-For some reason, I don't see the "update" in my studio, it says "empty" (see attached below).
