Timeline Blocks changed?

I don't see the Timeline Feed block that lets you switch from public, hot, to friends. Were they removed or changed? They used to be under "All Feeds". Profile Feed Timeline and Profile Feed Outline when active give the page error that says The site cannot Handle this request. So what was changed for Timeline Feeds?

Profile Feed and Profile Outline only work if "Infinite Scroll" is checked off. I cannot find the feed that let's you toggle between Feed, Public, and Hot.
