Translate portuguese

hello, I've installed the UNA app to use in my community, and I want to translate it all into Portuguese, what's the best way to start translating, and not lose the work done later? And also be able to make the translation available?

I do know you can change the setting I had a play with it a while back. I just need to refresh my self and hopefully I can help you, I will come back to you, there where some replies to posts from @LeonidS i did read from 2020 I think try searching change of language
