Twilio, Clickatell and Nexmo

Dear developers, I activated and set up Twilio SMS's, and now I realize that Twilio is owefully expensive. For example, sending a text message to Ukraine is wopping $0.0875

phpFox has three SMS providers - Twilio, Clickatell and Nexmo

Would you consider adding these as well? This will give us an option to choose either of these.
