UNA 15-A1 is not very smooth!
When I tried to update to UNA-15-A1.
Error log attached...
Any suggestions/help ?

unix:/run/php/php8.1-fpm.sock:Yes u have 8.1 as seen in the log...I use the version 8.3
I'm not saying this will solve your problem, but I had something similar and it helped me.
Personally, I think the whole problem is caused by Jerome's onlineTV module.

Yes, dear @PavelS is right (thnx, mate!) the latest errors from the attached log are following:

I had similar issue with a test migration. Clearing the cache (from dashboard) followed by manually deleting all files within cache and cache_public folder helped me..

Thanks @LeonidS . A couple of questions:
1-What is the version of PHP that is compatible wit this version of UNA? should I updgrade to 8.3?
2-Should I disable the module shown in error only during installation only and then try to enable it again, or that is expected to cause a problem?

When you installed it, did you keep 3rd party module enabled or did you disable all of them?

Thanks a lot @PavelS for your help. If these module causing a problem do you think we should disable them them completely if we want to use UNA-15, since Jerome is not updating them any more?

Yes, definitely turn it off, personally I would uninstall it completely.

1 - Your 8.1 is fine enough for UNA 15
2 - If you mean the upgrade, the yes, it's better to disable this mod before the upgrade, complete it and then enable it back to check.

So, when I disabled all 3rd party modules (including Jerome and others) then update was successful.
However, I didn't see any thing different in the modules compared to the prior version.
What is new and expected to see in UNA 15 (which modules will display most striking new features). I just want to explore them and see if it is worth the update now and losing those 3rd party modules)? tnx
