The same trouble was here https://una.io/d/fatal-error-require_once-failed you may try to apply the same fix and provide us with the result.

We previously did an install kandy.tv/fans and did not receive the error. Same hosting account, same server so that would discount it being attributed to a shared hosting

We are going to try a clean install. We will let you know if that resolves the problem.

So we did a clean install and shared what was in the above thread and they said that information does not help. Please provide further information. Thank you

In what appears to be a cloud lag problem. After doing a clean install and then deleting the Install folder we were finally able to access the Studio. We had to reupload the Install folder, reinstall and then delete the Install folder to fix the bug.
