Updating Error 11.0

Hi,

I attempted to update my software from the dashboard and received the following error message. I'm not sure why.

Can you help me resolve this or show me how I can get the version 10 TIMELINE module so that I can just stick with the same version.

I have version 10.1.0. and I'd like to prompt people to pay to set up an account and get premium access. Currently I've hidden all the content but when people log in they just go back to the same home page.

It means the access to [UNA URL]/studio page.
