Upgrade Issue

I'm stuck on Site is temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, please try again in a minute. upgrading from version 12 to the latest release both LIVE and STAGING - My cron is as follows

*****/opt/alt/php72/usr/bin/php -q /home/lgbtzwpu/public_html/periodic/cron.php

*****php -q /home/lgbtzwpu/public_html/staging/periodic/cron.php/staging/periodic/cron.php

Could it be that the path to PHP is wrong? I can confirm I’m getting emails saying the cron has running but the error is site down for maintenance.

12.1.0-13.0.0.A1 upgrade will be applied
Files permissions are ok and can be overwritten
Files copying successfully completed
Deprecated files were successfully deleted or there is no files to delete
System files hash was successfully updated
System SQL script was successfully executed
The following languages will be affected for system:
- No languages will be affected
System after update custom script was successfully executed
All appears to have worked except the site remains down, there is a maintenance file in the root which i tried removing but I then get error 500

here it s also a crashed una after update
it is then my 4 installation because updating una
this time i have the look that the most informations as text are still on
all pictures are gone included the logo and the profile pictures
fun fact the videos on the forum are still working
my question is now should i install new an dwhat happen next when a new una is there?

Well, the mentioned "results" are not typical for the upgrade. For your current UNA you need to disable auto upgrade and / or switch the UPgrade channel from the beta to stable variant (Studio->Developer app).

Hello Leonid, I'm experiencing same issues, installed via Softacoulous. The installation is 12.x (works ok) and when it upgrades to 13.x (manual or automatic), the entire Una crashes with the error mentioned above. Will there be an update to fix this?
