Use UNA as Group Profile?

Currently, you can use UNA as only "Persons" or "Organizations"

It would be helpful to use as "Groups" and "Events" too, is there any Way to post as a "group" or an "event"?

By default - no, as groups and events should be created by the profiles.

No, those actions may be only by the profile / org name from the group.
