User unable to login - "SPAM"

Good day, I have a user account that is unable to log into a UNA install with UNA returning a reason along the lines of "suspected SPAM." How do I go about letting this user account login again?

    • You can check logs in Studio > Antispam folder, also you can temporary or permanently disable antispam feature which won't allow user to login.
