Username

Username and URLs with usernames in would be great.

Yes... Also Forums, Videos ect usng titles in the url would be much better for search results. Numbers are no help at all with search engines finding anything in the site. Even Google is still looking for a site map. But when you build a site map there are nothing but numbers. No help at all.

I know about the app, but why pay when most other social networking software and sites have it by default.
