Video Conversion Stuck in Awaiting

I have uploaded in 2 instances a video file using the video and timeline modules seperately. The 2 are uploaded but never converted. Please what is the way out. Need help.

Do you have the Cron Job enabled on your system? If not and not set to every minute, it will not process.

After the Cron Jobs check (thnx, @Jay Hopia !) you may check the info from the logs folder and error log file to check the direct error of conversion.
