Video Conversion Stuck in Awaiting

I have uploaded in 2 instances a video file using the video and timeline modules seperately. The 2 are uploaded but never converted. Please what is the way out. Need help.

    • Do you have the Cron Job enabled on your system? If not and not set to every minute, it will not process.

      • Hello @DeDiary !

        After the Cron Jobs check (thnx, @Jay Hopia !) you may check the info from the logs folder and error log file to check the direct error of conversion.
