Website in maintenance

Hi, i just install una via softaculous and my website is in maintenance any reason that happen ? Help ?

It appears that the issue you are experiencing may be due to the installation of UNA 12.1 followed by pressing the Upgrade button in the Dashboard, which stopped at the 13.A1/A2 step. UPDATE: there was typical trouble with the upgrade - non-working Cron Jobs.
