Wiki questions - How to get it similar to Unacms wiki ?

This is the layout of Unacms wiki. I am trying to get something similar but so far no success 😰

image_transcoder.php?o=sys_images_editor&h=2845&dpx=2&t=1759595773

  1. The left side menu. I am getting a flat list of items. But on Unacms there is this "Configuration" etc making it multi level. .. Was this created automatically .. ?
  2. The wiki content block gives me flat list. Just wondering how the links are arranged ? Is it possible for us to rearrange the order in the "wiki content" block ?
  3. And in unacms website wiki right side menu. I can't see any blocks that could give me this.. I added content and wiki blocks with #, ## etc. But still cannot get this to work. I only see the following items for configuring the page under wiki. Are there any other blocks ?image_transcoder.php?o=sys_images_editor&h=2846&dpx=2&t=1759596081

Thank you very much in advance..

    • Hi @highlightings have you figured it out, I also need guidance and I haven't found a single word on it.

      • I am observing that the right sidebar does not immediately appear. Yesterday the pages where I added headings (markdown #, ## etc) has the right sidebar visible now with proper table of content. But just now I tried adding new headings inside other pages, but there is no right sidebar for them (yet :) ). Looks like the right sidebar is getting created in the background - maybe the cron task needs to be run. I am not sure.. BTW, I cleared cache to check and that has no impact.

The left sidebar I am assuming is manually created with the icon etc manually added. I could not find any block that does this. Maybe someone from the team will reply tomorrow.

        • Thank you for sharing, are you using pages or articles module to then tag and populate the content in your Wiki?

          • Hey @highlightings I just came across this thread you might find useful https://unacms.com/d/wiki-appearance

            • Thanks.. I tried to follow that. But can't really figure out how to get it working. Maybe this is still missing from 14.0.

              • Finally figured it out... The Right side bar table of content is only created for heading2 (##). It does not work for Heading 1 (#).. If this is working as designed, then, I hope it is documented..

Now need to figure out how to get the Left side bar working...

                • Same, I figure Wiki is yet to be updated to 14.0 and I need it badly, I guess we have no choice but wait. Thanks for the share! @highlightings 👌

                  • Hi @Ivy_SpEd @highlightings I think the Wiki works very well. I'm using version 13.0.1. I think you missed something in the instructions or when creating it, just like I did when I started.image_transcoder.php?o=sys_images_editor&h=2852&dpx=1&t=1759780276

                    • In your case, the blocks on left side - "First Steps" and "Navigating the network" : are they manually created menus ? Or did una automatically create those blocks for you ?

I am getting a sidebar as shown below. But there are only two Main items - "Contents" and "Administration".

                      image_transcoder.php?o=sys_images_editor&h=2853&dpx=2&t=1759853867

Also, if you look at Unacms dot com /wiki/accounts-profiles etc (please change the url as I cannot place url here) , the left sidebar has collapsible items like "Configuration" , "Apps" , "Code" etc. They don't link to any wiki page.

                      image_transcoder.php?o=sys_images_editor&h=2854&dpx=2&t=1759854227

I was wondering if this was created manually or there is some special way to create it...

                      • I did everything manually and the appearance of the menu can also be adjusted using Custom Styles...in my case for Artificer. There is nothing automatic about it, but you will spend some time on it. I must admit that it took me a long time to figure it out too :)
