I have UNA CLOUD plan and I encountered a problem today where some of my users reached out saying that the website appears to be blocked (it works for my IP), any idea why might this be? how can I fix it?
I'm thinking it might be related to a problem I had at the beginning where the custom manual SSL setup was required.

Could you please provide more info, what is exact message which is shown in their browser ? what is the country where users are seeing this ?

Users only informed that the link goes to a blocked page, in Buenos Aires, Argentina. I am supposing the message is the same you can see in the image because I had the same problem before manual configuration.
I've just checked your site and it has valid certificate, it maybe this problem was in the past ? now everything looks ok

Thanks Alex, it's possible because only two users reported it. I just sent them a message to check again. I will post back if it appears to continue.
