C:\Fakepath is shown to hide the real server path of your UNA, but show to the user a status of the upload. The possible reason of your error may be found in the error log of your server. Just check the error and warning messages from the moment when you were trying to upload the photo.
It looks like that image hasn't been uploaded to the server. Could you plz test it with another one? If you will get the same result then plz PM me with your UNA studio access.
I just figured it out. I removed the resized images from the bx_persons_pictures_resized database tabel. However not the "connected" one from the bx_persons_pictures database tabel. After i removed that one too i am able again to upload a new profile picture.

I am facing the same problem. I see this error. How can i solve this?
I can upload images to the album and change the cover image of my profile.
