Hello,

Clean install at this site fails because of this error.  I've seen two cases in your forums without resolution about this issue. 

/install/index.php?action=permissions

I have contacted the hosting company and they confirm the permissions are correct and I have verified through FTP.

/phpinfo.php shows all the correct settings too.  The server is running PHP v.7.3

How do I resolve this?
