I am currently running Una Version 12.1.0 and it says Una 13.1.0 is available with a button for updating. I have clicked on the button and receive a pop-up dialog stating that the "Site will be upgraded within a minute. Don't forget to check for modules updates after that." The Dialog box does not disappear, so I click on check for module updates which takes me to The Market updates page which is empty. I log out of the sight and relog into the site after a period of time and go into the dashboard and it shows that I still need to update to 13.1.0. I have done this several times over the past few months and it does not upgrade to Una 13.1.0. Any Ideas, besides backing up Database and web site and installing 13.1.0 manually with the chance of loosing a portion of the site?

    • Hello @CSII Hosting !

The most probable reason for that trouble is not working Cron Jobs. Could you provide us the info from your Studio->Host Tools->Server Audit area? The line starts from the "Last cron jobs execution" phrase.

But for other Who are reading this thread it is a Cron JOB issue and when they run there is an e-mail sent that the cron job is getting permission denied error.
