I had cancelled my subscription via the control panel on UNA.IO approximately two weeks ago. I received confirmation that it would be looked at by the UNA staff to close the ticket. Unfortunately it has not been addressed and I have just been rebilled. Needles to say, I am quite disappointed.
What are my next steps to get a reimbursement?
