Acessing UNA from a device (mobile, another PC, etc.) on a local network

When I try to access UNA installation from another device on the local network, the IP address of the installation device (typically numbers (192...), v.g., is translated (automatically) Β for UNA to letters (local...). I.e, numbers(192...) become letters(local...). This way throwing a browser error: ERR_CONNECTION_REFUSED.

How to setup UNA for this access type?
