Go to your Studio > Dashboard and Click the down arrow next to Host Tool.. Click Server Audit. Scroll down a little and under Site Setup you will see what the path should look like for your Cron job. From there, you can double check how you have it set in your hosting.

Possible, something wrong with the Cron command. Please provide me via Messenger UNA's operator and the server's Control Panel accesses.
