Hi Team, could you please send me a link to learn how to delete previous email addresses of deleted users so they can create a new Person Profile with that same email address? The ghost email address in the database somewhere is disallowing the same user to be created.

The reason I wanted to start over with the profile is because, although changing the Person name, it didn’t change the profile name of the slug link

    • Hello @kradzo !

      By default, the email is bound to the Account, so it doesn't affect the profile creation except you have the limit to create profiles (it is setup in the Studio->Settiings->Accounts area). So you'd better delete the account and let him make it again.

      • Thank you, @LeonidS - I'm logged in as admin and can't see a list of Accounts to delete at Studio - Settings - Accounts. Any other places I can delete Accounts, Email addresses, and change the Name of a user, along with their profile page link? Thank you in advance!!

        • No, in the mentioned area (Studio->Settings->Account) you may check the Limit number of profiles (0 - no limit) parameter. If it is 0 then the accounts in your UNA site may create another profiles. The accounts management (approve, delete etc) is available in the Studio->Accounts app.

          • Aha! That helped - I had not yet installed the Accounts Manager app. I should be good to go now.
