    • it's better to use landscape image with width which will cover most of the screen size, so I would suggest to use images with 2000px width at least.

      • Alex T thank you for your reply however I used a 2000 px image and still only part of the image is used

see example here http://togetherweearn.com/una/page/about  the cover image at the top is only displaying part of the image as you can see what the image should look like on the page.

        • I'ts complicated and simple at once:) the point is not only width, it's high metters also. In other words - if you want all parts of the picture in your cover - better to use really long pic, something like 19x7 aspect ratio (instead of 4x3 or 16x9)

          • you can try this one :1920x740

            • Vavilon

I tried  1920x740  that was closer than its ever been maybe the rest is due to the aspect ratio i am not sure what the aspect ratio was created at because I did not create the image and I am not sure if the aspect ratio can be change.

              • for sure you can not change aspect ratio anyhow but in picture editing app.

                • I made the image 1920x740 and changed the aspect ratio to  19x7 as Alex suggested and still the image is not fitting correctly

http://togetherweearn.com I am open to any other suggestions

                  • Could you please attach screenshot of the problem since your site isn't opening ?

                    • Alex not Shure what you mean by the site is not opening.

Maybe this link will work for you to see the issue

                      • Alex

as you requested here is the screen shot attached

hope that helps and thanks for all the assistance.

                        • Max width of cover image is 2000px (or 4000px on retina screens). If you have big monitor with higher resolution then it can look a bit blurry.

Also you can't see the whole image in cover area because the size of this area is always different, you can see it by changing size of the browser window.

                          • As well known one for raising ashamed name of FB here, I have to admit that even there you can not get the totally identical cover's looks on different screens. End of story.

                            • Oh my I figured out to get the whole image to display and then

after trying multiple times to upload the cover page image and profile cover page image

the image stop displaying on the cover page and I clicked submit multiple times on the page

any Idea why this is or has it ever been reported before? see screen shot

                              • can some one tell me why when trying to delete the default page cover I get the following error

Cannot remove current cover image. and when trying to upload Upload new common pages cover and save it I get this error  Cannot remove current cover image.

                                • I think this might be in reference to this issue.

Take the parenthesis off of the link and take out the space between una. io - because apparently Standard Members cannot post links anymore...even if they're trying to help.

                                  • thank you Five for a change the link was what I needed I updated to the latest release and
