About your second question - you may create the profiles with those name by yourself and upgrade them to the necessary level(s). Then new "intruders" with have another URL (with some symbols addon like admin-011) and the standard levels which will show them as the usual users.

Thank you very much. I actually wanted to avoid "Staff-01" kind of names that users create and try to confuse / impersonate.
You may enable the manual activation of the users, check all new members and delete/ban/kick the tricksters who use the similar names.
