Hi Team, I follow all the step about installation, i changed ffmpeg access with 777 and nothing happened when i refresh. Can you help ?

Plz specify what server OS you have.
1) Try to change it to 755.
2) If it will not help then repeat the 755 and 777 changes under root use.
