While using Create Discussions box, and using Insert an Image icon to insert a small image, the image would appear for a split second and then a small box would appear on the left.

Even using the Header Image box, this would happen.

I did some trouble shooting and inquire from LeonidS.

After several hours troubleshooting. I decided to uninstall and then reinstall Google Chrome. That solved the issue.

LeonidS did suggest that it may be something with the browser.
