How can we bulk import and create Persons & Organizations ?

We have a list of 75k recruiters in CSV Files . We want to send emails to them asking them to login and create profiles based on their selection (Recruiter / Bench Sales Recruiters) and either they can create or select existing Organizations. It is tiresome & not practical to create the Persons & Organizations manually. @LeonidS can you guide how to do this.

Could you provide an example of the 1 record there? Anyway, it will require creating the custom script / UNA module to generate profiles / orgs according to the given info.
