Please tell me what happens after deleting an account in a service created by UNACMS.
If you try to create a new account using the email address that was used for the deleted account, a message will appear stating that the email address is already in use, and you will not be able to proceed with the registration process.
How can I completely delete my email address when deleting my account?
Perhaps the "Delete account" action hasn't been executed because it deletes the record about the account from the sys_accounts table where UNA keeps the emails.
So, in order to reuse the registered email address, does it seem like the only way to do so is to log in to the database (phpMyAdmin) and delete the relevant data?
In that case, you may use the "Forgot Password" action, or delete this account via the Studio->Accounts app - it's possible to find the necessary units by email. The removal via the database isn't a good way.
It is included in the UNA by default, but you may take it here https://unacms.com/view-product/accounts-manager . About your other module's problem - could you plz check the error log of your server? Usually, it leaves the traces there.
Go to studio>accounts and select account. Click ‘delete with content’ button.
Or you can go to the profile of the member you want to delete and delete account and content.

Also, you need to install "Accounts" App to make it easier.

Hello @mocchi !

I see, that's right.

Thank you.
The account app you wrote as a solution doesn't exist in my studio.
Do you download it from somewhere?
If the app circled in red is an account app, it won't allow you to operate your account even if you open it. .
(Could you show me what the app looks like?)
By the way, I use it in Japan.
Thank you.
