I had 3 License from boonex dot com and now with the new website. I login the old one the boonex dot com but all my licenses are gone. So that means I have re buy again? if so, what happen to own it forever once you buy?
No, all permanent Dolphin licenses are transferred to UNA by request. So as Geek Girl told you above - you need to contact with us (support@una.io) and provide your account mail and old DOlphin sites URLs to the initial check.
The licenses aren't automatically transferred, but they can be if you want them to. As LeonidS states - please email support@una.io with your Boonex id info and we can look.
